Turn safety cues into a character that can move
The moodboard established the caution-inspired visual language, while the turnaround refined Carl’s silhouette and proportions. Simple shapes kept the character readable from multiple angles and manageable in animation.

Plan the action, then let timing carry the personality
The storyboard established the crossing-safety sequence, dialogue, timing, and audio before animation. The finished piece uses posing, spacing, and movement to give the simple character energy.
